World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day is observed every October 10 in an effort to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize support for those in need. The day also serves as an important reminder to not take our own mental health for granted.
The University of èßäÊÓƵ provides several benefits to help support mental health.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with ComPsych
Offers up to 8 free counseling sessions per issue and free of charge to the employee and any dependent/spouse that lives in the employee’s household. Call ComPsych 24/7 at 1-888-969-0155. - TalkSpace through a UA Choice Medical Plan
Premera partners with TalkSpace allowing for employees and their dependents to be matched with a therapist or psychiatrist via video, phone, or text. Review the UA Benefits webpage for more information, including how to access TalkSpace. - Brightline through a UA Choice Medical Plan
