UA Government Relations connects our èßäÊÓƵ to members of Congress, the executive branch, and national education organizations. As the world’s leading arctic research institution, UA engages in numerous partnerships with federal research agencies and the military. To maintain the èßäÊÓƵ's pre-eminence in arctic research, we inform policymakers about UA’s role as an engine for scientific discovery and innovation. We work closely with èßäÊÓƵ’s congressional delegation to represent UA’s funding interests and policy goals in Washington D.C.
