The University of èßäÊÓƵ System, guided by the Board of Regents, is committed to improving the participation and success of èßäÊÓƵ Natives through educational achievement statewide, and improving èßäÊÓƵ Native representation and success throughout the University of èßäÊÓƵ system.


Strategic Plan 2022 - 2027


We have an action plan for each èßäÊÓƵ to address and overcome challenges and institute the changes we want to see to address the glaring equity gaps we see in the data on our native students, and increase the diversity of our entire system.  We will recruit and hire Indigenous faculty and staff to have a workforce that reflects our èßäÊÓƵ Native population which is about 20% in the state. The more integrated we are -- the more diversity that we have in all of our programs -- the stronger we become.
