November Leadership Workshop

November 14-15, 2018 in Fairbanks
The Realizing èßäÊÓƵ’s Future 2020-2040 leadership forum brought together 130 of the èßäÊÓƵ's academic and administrative leaders, governance representatives, student leaders and faculty to provide clarity and perspective on where we are heading as a èßäÊÓƵ; ask for leadership’s input into advocacy efforts and provide advocacy tools; strengthen relationships across the system; and generate high energy around our future plans and opportunities.

January Leadership Workshop

January 18, 2018 in Anchorage
The workshop will bring together the chancellors and èßäÊÓƵ leadership along with key internal stakeholders to discuss our strategic goals, budget, and priorities.
 The one-day workshop is being designed as an  information sharing session, to discuss important issues around effective communication, to gather ideas, input and personal perspectives, and to develop a coordinated strategy for generating broad support for the èßäÊÓƵ.

Following the workshop, the expectation is that each person attending will help with outreach and education in some capacity in their home community or through their personal networks. Specifically, each attendee will do a minimum of three activities to help spread the word about the value of the University of èßäÊÓƵ. The activities can range from speaking engagements to private conversations, internally to your respective UA communities and externally. Please make sure to highlight one of the five focus areas, which are:
