King joined the Chancellor’s Office from the UAF College of Rural and Community Development, where she served as the Marketing and Communications Lead. Prior to this role, she started her career with UAF as a program coordinator at the UAF Interior èßäÊÓƵ Campus. 

King holds a BA in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University and an MA in Rural Development from UAF. She grew up in Sandy Creek, NY and now lives in the Goldstream Valley where she enjoys spending time outside on the trails and spoiling her fluffy cat Bernie.
