2024 W-2 Statements Now Available
You may now access the online version of your 2024 W-2 in. After logging in, follow these steps:
- Select the Employee (Upgraded) tab
- Click on Taxes Select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
- Select the appropriate Tax Year
- Click Display to view your 2024 W-2.
Important: If you have not previously provided Electronic Regulatory Consent to view or print your W-2, you can enable that at any time, as consent can be turned off and on at your discretion. To enable consent, select the Electronic Regulatory Consent option under the Taxes menu, check the appropriate box, then hit Submit.
The online form can be printed and submitted to the IRS. For additional information about your W-2, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions webpage at the following URL: W-2 and W-2c FAQs.
A printed 2024 W-2 form will be mailed (postmarked) to employees by January 31, 2025,
if you did not select electronic delivery by January 22, 2025. Please allow 1-2 weeks
for delivery via the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that your UA ID number will
not be printed on your W-2 form this year.
