February Development Spotlight: Elevate your Career!

This month the UA HR Talent Acquisition and Development Team presents two collections focused on career development, advancement, and mobility to help you enhance your career or assist in coaching growth of your staff. 

START by activating your UA Employee LinkedIn Learning account.

Next, kick off the month with a live event, on January 30th, 7:30 am AKST.  This unique learning opportunity is hosted by the CEO of Brightmind Consulting Group, Jevon Wooden, MBA, ACC, and the author of Leading Yourself, Elizabeth Lotardo.

Then, check out the & collections to:

  • Determine your career goals 
  • Create a career development or internal mobility plan
  • Address common issues like engagement, advocacy, visibility, and etiquette
  • Facilitate your staff’s development and mobility

Both collections this month feature in-depth courses as well as short videos for bitesize learning in under 10 minutes, and you can download the for an even more convenient learning experience!

Career Development Plans: Create an avenue for advancement through a job family based on an employee's successful completion of pre-established criteria. This can be established by the supervisor, department or unit.

Educational Attainment Incentive Program (EAIP): The EAIP rewards employees who enhance their professional skills, increasing the value they bring to their position, department, and èßäÊÓƵ. The EAIP provides a salary increase when an employee completes a certificate program or earns a degree from an accredited University.
