Human Resources Launches Redesigned Website

CHRO Memry Dahl is pleased to share the launch of a redesigned UA HR Website with new features geared toward making browsing easier. The year-long project was
endorsed by UA HR leadership as one of the five primary projects for the team to accomplish
in the last fiscal year. Input was sought from the HR team, department-level HR Coordinators,
and our customer experience focus group as well as tools like HotJar responses.
“The redesigned site has a more direct focus and clear organization to make it easier
for users to access their desired information. The ‘Get Help and Contact Us’ buttons are easy to find and lead directly to team and individual email and phone
contacts for quicker responses,” states CHRO Dahl.
The site was created for an employee-centric user experience for current and new employees,
supervisors and HR Coordinators. UA HR has four unique functional areas (Operations,
Talent Acquisition & Development, Benefits & Compensation and Labor & Employee Relations),
and the desire was to feature team pages in a visually similar fashion. The most frequently
requested information is prominently displayed and easy to access when inside a functional
area webpage.
The web upgrades were designed to elevate essentials for new and seasoned employees,
potential employees, supervisors and HR Coordinators. The easy to use navigation bar
now includes quick links for careers, work life & wellness, workplace essentials,
HR teams, get help and UA HR news.
UA HR is also looking for employees throughout the University of èƵ to submit
photos for consideration to be used throughout the UA HR website to feature images
by our own employees that inspire and share visions. Submissions should be no smaller
than 1MB in file size, include a brief caption (including names of any people in the
image), and a short statement saying you approve photo usage on the UA HR webpages.
